As of this morning, The Dead Travel Fast is on its way to my agent and editor and I am ON VACATION! I mean it--I'm taking a real, proper, honest-to-God vacation with my family. (And not the pseudo-vacation that you tack onto a research or signing trip, but a vacation so real and so frivolous I can't even write it off on my taxes. I just realized how many times I've typed the word "vacation". I don't care. I'm GIDDY.) Anyway, when I travel I usually leave blog entries queued up and waiting to post for each day of my absence. Not this time. For the first time in 13 months, the Blog A Go-Go is taking a proper vacation too. Starting tomorrow, it will be on hiatus until Saturday, December 6. I don't know what the blog will do with its time off, but I'm going to Florida. So take care, gentle readers. I wish you all a very happy start to December and I'll see you soon!

Just bought Silent in the Grave and started it. The Jacket cover is what drew me to the book in the store. Then I noticed the Silent in the Sancutary also...so I bought both at the same time. I also noticed that you reside in Virginia and I am from Fredericksburg...SO I said I am buying these books! I currently LIVE in GA as I am a Military Wife and it has been unusally CHILLY here this time of the year. I am 2 hours from Florida...I hope you find some WARMTH there!!!!! Happy Holiday!
